Harro Maas is Professor at University of Lausanne. He has published widely in the history and methodology of economics, from early modern period to the interwar period, and especially in the history of political economy in the Victorian period. His publication includes William Stanley Jevons and the Making of Modern Economics (Cambridge University Press, 2005), which won the Joseph J. Spengler prize by the History of Economics Society.
